Who makes and ships my order?
Every item is printed to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. We do not hold inventory.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only.
How long will delivery take?
Production takes about 2–5 business days. US standard shipping then takes about 6–10 business days, so plan for about 8–15 business days from order to delivery. These are Printful's estimates, not guarantees.
How much is shipping?
US standard shipping for desk mats is a flat $12.49 per order, shown at checkout.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
For the best chance, order by December 3, 2026. The final cutoff is December 10, 2026. Orders placed between December 4 and 10 usually arrive in time but are not guaranteed.
Which sizes are available?
16″×32″ with hemmed edges, or 36″×18″ with stitched, rounded edges. Please check the size before ordering.
My item arrived misprinted, damaged or defective. What now?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a free replacement, or a refund if you prefer. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
Can I return it if I change my mind or chose the wrong size?
No. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong size choice.
My package hasn't arrived.
If it has not arrived well after the estimated window (about 8–15 business days from order), contact us. We will trace it with the carrier and, if it is lost, reship it or refund it.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund only if the order has not yet gone into production.
How do I care for my mat?
Spot clean gently. New rubber can have a temporary smell, and mats may arrive rolled, so lay yours flat for a day.
