Shipping policy

DeskCircuit products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful. We do not hold inventory. All times below are estimates from Printful, not guarantees.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

How long it takes

• Production: about 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
• US standard shipping: about 6–10 business days after production (Printful estimate for desk mats / gaming pads).
• Total: plan for about 8–15 business days from order to delivery.

Shipping cost

US standard shipping is a flat $12.49 per order for desk mats, shown at checkout.

Christmas 2026

• Best chance of delivery by Christmas: order by December 3, 2026. This covers the longest estimate above.
• Final cutoff: December 10, 2026, based on Printful's US standard holiday deadline (December 11, 2026). Orders placed between December 4 and 10 usually arrive in time but are not guaranteed.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a refund. See our refund policy for details.
